About Us

Edgemere Community Civic Association (ECCA) is here to serve the residents of the Edgemere community and the surrounding Peninsula for the betterment of the entire Rockaway population.

ECCA Board consist of urban professionals including but not limited to an attorney, grant writer, financial administrative personnel and nurses.  We are homeowners, stakeholders and proprietors of small women and minority owned businesses.

We have established ourselves as community organizers by advocating for a fairer and just community while promoting home-ownership, sustainable and resilient communities.
